1. Which licences must I have to charter a vessel?
For renting a bareboat in Croatia You must have the valid skipper licence and VHF radio licence (both must be internationally valid or issued in Croatia). If you don’t have these, you can obtain them in all port Authorities in Croatia, after completing a short course and passing the test.
Also You must have the original documents with you on board (not copies) and certified crew list.

2. Do I have to hire a professional skipper?
You do not have to hire a professional skipper if you have all necessary licences and sailing experience but it is necessary to hire the skipper at larger vessels since yachts are rented exclusively with a crew.
3. Who pays for the skipper and his meals?
You pay for the skipper as well as his meals, whether you prepare them on board or go to the restaurant.
4. Are the vessel and the crew insured?
Yes, all vessels and crews are insured against the possible damages.
5. Is it possible to charter a vessel for just a few days?
Mostly, the yachts are chartered for a seven-day period, from Saturday until Saturday but it is also possible to rent a vessel for a few days and the largest choice of the available vessels is in the preseason and postseason period.
6. What if we have children on board?
In this case, please, inform us on children’s age to ensure the appropriate sizes of lifejackets for them. If you take the voyage with smaller children, we recommend ordering the safety net.
7. What should we take on board?
You need to take only your clothes and medicines. For colder weather, bring warmer clothes and waterproofed jackets.
8. Where can we park a car in the marina?
The marina has sufficient parking spaces which are monitored 24 hours a day. The price is 9,15 € per day.
9. Where can I buy groceries to take on board?
Groceries can be bought in our marina or larger supermarkets near Mandalina Marina.
10. Can I order necessary groceries in advance?
Yes, you can send us your order and our personnel will buy fresh groceries just before your arrival on board.
11. May I take pets on board?
No, pets are not allowed on board except in cases when it is approved by the contract in advance. The boat is not a suitable place for pets and we recommend that you do not expose your pets to the conditions on boat. If you do not have any place where you can leave them, please send us an inquiry and we will try to find a best solution for your pet.
12. Do you organize transfers from the airport to the base in marina?
Yes, upon your request, we organize transfers from the airports to our base in Sibenik.
